1. GENERAL RULES

1.1. PLACING BETS AND ACCEPTANCE OF BETS

1.1.1 Minimum bet on an event is 1.00 USD, except for bets on a tournament winner, where the minimum bet is 0.01 USD. We reserve the right to change the minimum bet amount at our sole discretion and/or set limits for other games offered by us.

1.1.2 An “event” may refer to various events, including, for example, an eSports game (match), a series of eSports games (matches) between the same individual players or teams, or an in-game event.

1.1.3 Maximum bet is determined at our sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis for each event and/or each type of bet, and is subject to change without notice to you.

1.1.4 We may set personal betting limits for you without notice and without giving you the reasons. Such limits apply to any one customer, or group of customers acting together, who have placed bets containing the same selections, including where placed in a series of bets, at a range of prices, over a number of days using different betting accounts and/or across different betting channels. Should we have reason to believe that a number of bets have been placed this way, the total of all those bets combined will be limited to one single maximum bet.

1.1.5 We reserve the right to decline, at our sole discretion, all, or part, of any bet requested.

1.1.6 All lines, odds, maximum bet restrictions, totals, and handicaps are subject to fluctuation and become fixed for you only at the time of bet acceptance.

1.1.7 Bets will not be accepted if there are insufficient funds in your account.

1.1.8 A bet is valid only after the confirmation notification appears on the website page. Also, in the section "My bets," the corresponding record will appear.

1.1.9 Once bets have been placed and their acceptance confirmed they may not be cancelled or changed by you unless the bet cancellation option is available. It is your responsibility to ensure details of your bets are correct. Please be sure to review your bet for any mistakes before sending it in.

1.1.10 We do not take responsibility for missing or duplicate bets made by you.

1.1.11 Bets on events that have started will be void unless it is a Live in-play betting event.

1.1.12 You agree that the details of our betting system will be decisive in determining when to place your bets.

1.1.13 Where we have reason to believe that an in-play bet is placed after the outcome of an event is known, or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team, etc.) we reserve the right to void the bet.

1.1.14 We reserve the right to cease or suspend betting on any event and/or void (cancel) any bet at any time without notice. When betting on an event is suspended, any bets entered will be rejected.

1.2. SETTLEMENT

1.2.1. The start date and time, as well as game races and flags displayed on our Website for events, are an indication only and are not guaranteed to be correct. Incorrectly indicated dates, games, game races, times, races, and/or flags will not cause such bets to be void.

1.2.2. If a match is played before the scheduled start date/time, then all bets placed after the actual starting time may be canceled or calculated according to the outcome of the event at the discretion of the administration. All bets placed before the actual starting time will stand. In case the actual starting time differs from the scheduled time, the final decision is made at the website administration discretion.

1.2.3. If a match is interrupted, all live bets on in-play events completed before the match interruption will stand.

1.2.4. If any of your single bets are deemed void due to non-starter, postponement, or abandonment your stake will be refunded. For expresses the bet will stand and be settled on the remaining entries.

1.2.5. Settlement of bets will be based on the official result of an event as declared by the relevant governing body of the specified tournament, broadcast, or game API on the day of its conclusion. Any subsequent protests or inquiries that may result in an overturned decision will not be recognized by us, and the original settlement of bets will stand: in case the result is overturned, the initial result stands for settlement purposes.

1.2.6. If for any reason we are unable to validate the outcome of a particular event all bets will be void unless we decide that bets stand.

1.2.7. In case of disputable situations, conflicting data published by different sources, or obvious mistakes the final decision on bet settlement is made by us at our sole discretion.

1.2.8. Sports or situations for which there is no specific description of taking and calculating bets are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the company.

1.2.9. The information specified in an individual event on the website takes precedence over the General Rules and the Rules of Discipline. The Rules of Discipline take precedence over the General Rules.

1.3. WINNINGS FROM SETTLED BETS

1.3.1. We always try to settle bets as quickly as possible. For some events, official confirmation of the result is necessary before settlement takes place, which may cause a delay.

1.3.2. Winnings from settled bets are added to the balance of your betting account. Any funds credited to an account in error are not available for use, and we reserve the right to void any transactions involving such funds and/or withdraw the relevant amount from your account and/or reverse the transaction.

1.3.3. If at some point your account balance becomes negative as the result of a bet recalculation you will not be able to place new bets, and your active bets may be canceled by us at our sole discretion. You must top up your account as soon as possible.

1.3.4. We reserve the right to withhold settlement of winning bets and/or payment and to declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred: (i) the integrity of the event has been called into question; (ii) the odds have been manipulated; or (iii) match rigging has taken place. Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume, or pattern of bets placed with us and/or other bookmakers.

1.3.5. We reserve the right to withhold settlement of winning bets and/or payment and to declare void any bets from users who bet on an event where they are in any way involved, as players, other team members, referees, coaches, etc.

1.3.6. Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, we reserve the right to make bets void and withhold settlement of winning bets and/or payment pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation.

1.3.7. Any claims in regard to bet settlement and payouts are accepted if made and sent in writing within 72 hours after the result for the bet in question is posted by us. No claims will be accepted if this term is missed. In case these EGB Betting Rules do not provide the solution, the final decision rests with us.

1.3.8. The maximum winnings amount per 24 hours is US$100,000 (or its equivalent). We reserve the right to withhold settlement of winning bets and/or payment for any winning above this maximum amount.

1.4. ERRORS

1.4.1. We are not responsible for any errors in regard to the announcing, publishing, translation, names, times, results, or venues displayed on the Website, in particular, in descriptions of the bets. It is your sole responsibility to check such information is accurate at the time of publication.

1.4.2. If an event is posted by us with an incorrect date, all bets stand based on the date announced by the governing body.

1.4.3. If the name of a player, team, venue, or tournament is misspelled, all bets will stand unless it is obvious it is the wrong person or object. Such determination will be at our sole discretion.

1.4.4. If incorrect odds, line, or handicap are accepted to the bet as a result of an obvious mistake/error or system failure, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to cancel the bet or revise the odds and resettle the bet by correct odds.

1.4.5. We will not be liable for any errors in respect of bets including where: (i) we have incorrectly stated the relevant odds or handicap; (ii) we continue to accept bets on closed or suspended lines; (iii) we incorrectly calculate a settlement amount or make a payout; or (iv) any software error.

1.5.1. You can only create lines for events not featured in our Live section. This rule does not apply to other events at the Incubator.

1.5.2. You have to correctly and timely set the results of the events. Incorrect display of the results may lead to a blocking of your funds and partial or complete account suspension.

1.5.3. It is not allowed to create lines where you can in any way affect the outcome, e.g. being one of the players, coaches, other participants, or affiliated with them.

1.5.4. We are not responsible for your technical equipment. Technical problems at your end shall not be a reason to cancel the bets.

1.5.5. We reserve the right to exclude particular teams, players, and streamers from the list of events that can be created in Incubator at our discretion.

1.5.6. We reserve the right to cancel any events for which we suspect abnormal or suspicious activity.

2. ESPORTS BETTING RULES

2.1. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

2.1.1. If any event is not played on its scheduled date and time for any reason and/or is postponed to the next game day, or more than 24 hours, interrupted or abandoned, we reserve the right to void all bets at our sole discretion.

2.1.2. Any change in the venue of an event doesn't affect the bets.

2.1.3. If the first map of a match is not completed because of player or team retirement or disqualification (a walkover, default loss, etc.), all bets on the match will be void, except for bets on the first map. If a team is disqualified when playing the first map but plays the next map of the match, then the outcome of the entire match will stand. If the outcome of a nested bet has not been clearly determined as of the time of disqualification, these bets will be void.

2.1.4. If a match or map is replayed due to a disconnection or non-player-related technical problem, pre-game bets, made in Pre-match mode, will stand on the replayed match or map in accordance with the official result, and all bets made in Live mode are canceled only if the event is not over by the time of technical defeat. All in-play bets on the affected match or map will be void unless the outcome is already determined, and the replayed match or map will be treated as a separate entity. For bets on a match or map, if a match or map is replayed due to a draw, the replayed match or map will be treated as a separate entity.

Example: The first map of a BO3 Dota 2 match was interrupted due to the disqualification of one of the teams at 15 minutes and 30 seconds into the game. Bets on the map, the First Blood, and the first 10 kills made in Pre-match mode will be paid according to the official data. Live bets on the map will be void, and live bets on first blood and first 10 kills will be paid out, as these events were over before the disqualification.

2.1.5. In case the declared number of cards/rounds changes, all bets on the total outcome and outcome of maps will be calculated. Bets on handicaps will be considered invalid.

2.1.6. If a team plays with a stand-in or replacement player and the organizer of the event allows for stand-ins, bets will stand.

2.1.7. Where the official result of an event is a draw (tie) and no odds were quoted for that eventuality, all bets on participants involved in the tie will be void.

2.1.8. In a match where one team or competitor has an advantage of one or more Maps awarded as part of the tournament format (for example due to one team coming from the upper bracket in a Double-Elimination format), match line will include the given advantage. If there is a 1-0 advantage, Map offering will start with Map 2, if there is a 2-0 advantage, Map offering will start with Map 3 etc. If the advantage comes from an absence/default win that was awarded by admin decision (for example, due to one team showing up late to their match) this rule doesn't apply.

2.1.9. The results of extra time and the application of other methods of determining the winner in conditions of an equal score are considered valid in determining the results.

2.1.10. Bets on the duration of a map play with the condition "More/Less": bets on the total minutes of a map play are available. Bets with the condition "Total less" win if a map play ends in less than the specified number of minutes. Bets with the condition "Total more" win if a map play lasts longer than the specified number of minutes. If a map play ends exactly at the specified time (down to the seconds, i.e. 37:00 for the bet type "more / less" on the line of 37 minutes) is considered to have played "Total more" 37 minutes.

2.1.11. Any other additional rules and terms published on the Website and/or notified to you may specifically relate to and govern any particular type of betting and/or bonuses. In particular, please refer to our FAQ section for more details on points, bonuses, handicaps, expresses, nested bets, etc.

2.1.12. A special condition for handicaps and totals: if a handicap or total has been played out by the time when circumstances dictate that the event shall be canceled, the handicap bets or total bets will be paid. In the event that the handicap or total has not been played out by the time the circumstances dictate that the event shall be canceled, the handicap or total will be canceled.

3. SPORT BETTING RULES

3.1. RESULTS OF MATCHES, EVENT START DATE AND TIME, ADJUSTMENT OF THE DISPUTE

3.1.2. If a result of the completed event is for some reason canceled or changed after some time (disqualification of a team or players, referees, carrying conditions, etc.), bet calculations are made on the basis of an initial (actual) result.

3.1.3. While calculating bets an actual start time of an event is taken into account which is approximately defined under documents of organizing officials; if there are no such approved documents, then it is defined on the basis of official sites of sports federations, sites of sports clubs and other sources of sports information. Valid results are those that are taken from official protocols and other official information sources immediately after an event has been completed.

3.1.4. No responsibility is assumed by the Bookmaker for the mismatch of date and time to an actual beginning of an event. The date and time of an event beginning represented in the line are approximate. At bet calculations, an actual start time of an event is accepted. It is determined under official protocols of organizing officials.

3.1.1. Claims to event results are accepted within 3 calendar days from the moment of event completion under official protocols on event results of organizing officials.

3.1.5. When information on bets is passed to the Bookmaker after the start of the event such bets are calculated with a coefficient "1" (except for Live bets), the coefficient for such bets in the accumulator bet is equal to "1". if the Client made a bet on an event, the result of which he knew, according to the Bookmaker's data, such bet shall be canceled (the bet is not made). In such case, the Bookmaker makes a decision after a specially disclosed investigation. all actions regarding such bets are temporarily suspended until the investigation is completed.

3.1.6. If a basketball, a hockey, or a boxing match:

  • is canceled or postponed for some reason by more than 15 hours, the winning coefficient on these bets is equal to "1";
  • is interrupted or suspended for more than 30 hours, the winning coefficient on these bets (except for the cases stated in Items 9, 10) is equal to "1"; if this match is resumed within 30 hours, all bets on it will stand.

3.1.7. All bets on soccer, volleyball, and other sports events, which are not stated in Items 6 and 8, which are canceled or postponed for any reason by more than 48 hours, get a winning coefficient equal to "1". If a match on these sports is interrupted and not resumed within 54 hours from the moment of its interruption, all bets on this match (except for the cases stated in Items 9, 10, 11) get the winning coefficient equal to "1" as well.

3.1.8. If a tennis, table tennis, or beach volleyball match is interrupted, incomplete that day, and suspended, the bets on it will stand till the end of the tournament within the bounds of which this match runs, until the match is played to its end or one of the players refuses to play.

3.1.9. A match is considered to be complete, if it is interrupted, not played to its end within the above-mentioned terms in Items 6, 7, and lasts for at least:

  • Soccer — 60 minutes;
  • NBA Basketball — 40 minutes;
  • Basketball — 35 minutes;
  • Ice hockey — 50 minutes.

3.1.10. If there is an equal score result in sports, where a draw is not allowed, and the match is considered to be complete (see Item 9), all bets on victory of one of the teams are calculated with the winning coefficient equal to "1", all other bets are calculated by the result of the match.

3.1.11. If a match is not played to its end and is considered to be incomplete (see p.9), then those outcomes, which are definitely determined by the time of its interruption (e.g. outcome of the first half, 1st goal, and its time, etc.) are accepted for bet calculations. The winning coefficient on other bets is equal to "1".

3.1.12. In competitions, where such terms as "home team" and "away team" are used, in case a match is moved to a neutral field, bets are valid; at rearranging of competition to a contestant field (except for the case when both teams are from one city), the winning coefficient on these bets is equal to "1". If the terms "home team" and "away team" are non-applicable for any event, then at venue changing all bets will stand.

3.1.13. If more than one player or a team is declared to be a winner of a competition, the odds on these players are divided by the number of winners. E.g. if two players are declared to be winners, odds on these bets are divided by two.

3.1.14. If a player, who is a member of a team (a soccer player, an ice hockey player, a basketball player, etc.) does not take part in a match, the winning coefficient on bets on him is equal to "1", unless otherwise specified.

3.1.15. In disputable matters without precedent, a final decision is taken by the Bookmaker.

3.1.16. If data do not correspond to each other in several information sources (date, time, result, name of a team), the Bookmaker suspends winning payouts until a complete investigation into data authenticity is made. If the result of the completed event given at an official site differs from TV-broadcasting data, then the Bookmaker reserves its right to make bet calculations according to TV-broadcasting data.

3.1.17. If teams during the season (tournament) were subject to disciplinary measures (penalties, technical default/victory, and others) of the organization that officially runs the competition, bets on the results of the season (tournament) are calculated according to these measures.

3.1.18. If a team is withdrawn or disqualified during or prior to the start of the season (tournament), all bets on the season (tournament) of the team are calculated with a coefficient equal to "1".

3.2. SOCCER

3.2.1. Bets on soccer matches (including cup matches) are accepted on the regular time defined by the regulations (90 min plus official added time) if a draw is allowed by the match format. In case a draw is not allowed by match format, a bet on a team's win is a bet on the passing of the team further on the tournament bracket, and additional bets are calculated based on the main time of a match.

3.2.2. If a series of two matches is provided, the result in the return match is determined according to the results of the main and official added time. An additional nested bet is provided for passing to the next stage.

3.3. ICE HOCKEY
